1. About NTV Televizion

NTV Televizion is an internal media management application
intended for authorized NTV personnel.

The application may use Google and YouTube APIs to manage
content associated with NTV’s authorized YouTube channels.

2. Authorized Use

Users may only connect Google or YouTube accounts that they
are authorized to access or manage on behalf of NTV.

Users must not use the application to access, modify, or manage
content that they are not authorized to control.

3. Google and YouTube Services

Certain features of the application depend on Google OAuth 2.0
and the YouTube Data API.

By authorizing access to a Google or YouTube account, users
authorize NTV Televizion to perform the requested actions within
the permissions shown on Google’s OAuth consent screen.

Use of YouTube through this application is also subject to
YouTube’s Terms of Service.

4. Privacy

The collection and processing of personal data and Google user
data is described in the NTV Privacy Policy.

5. Application Availability

NTV may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue parts of the
application when necessary for operational, technical, security,
or regulatory reasons.

6. Security

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials
and must not share application access with unauthorized persons.

7. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided for NTV’s internal media management
purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NTV is not
responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services,
including Google or YouTube.

8. Changes to These Terms

NTV may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Updates will be published on this page together with an updated
revision date.
